Hey there,
Since my quarterly subscription was meant to be renew today and i noticed currently i have too many things to do, i cancelled the subscription from the website a day before, and it showed in the ui too. But somehow today i was charged and the subscription is showing active now. This got me confused and i have contacted support at their mail just a few minutes after i was charged.
Hopefully i can get this cleared up as this is a significant charge for me being a quarterly subscription as a student.
