Please refund after unwanted renewal

Hello,

I did not know that the subscription would renew automatically, and I was billed again today without any advance notice. I just cancelled my subscription to avoid further payments, but I would kindly request a refund of the billed sum. I couldn’t find any contact information on the website. Also, I paid for a one-year subscription, but I literally didn’t use the site at all last year.
