I did not know that the subscription would renew automatically and I was billed again this year without any advance notice. I just cancelled my subscription to avoid further payments but I would kindly request a refund of the billed sum. I couldn’t find any contact information on the website.

support@algo.monster was in my original subscription email. I was wondering this myself… I didn’t know there was an auto-renew.
Thanks a lot for the hint. I wrote to the email and they answered quickly and issued the refund.
Same thing happened to me just a couple of days ago. I contacted them using the same email as @null124 shared, but didn’t get any response… are there other prompt ways of contact or should I wait longer? Thanks!
