Refund request after unwanted

I was charged with unwanted renewal, I didn’t even know that I was enrolled in auto renewal. Please refund my money as I don’t use your platform anymore. I have also written an email to support@algo.monster about the same.

Update: I got the refund, I got 99.5% amount back, I am assuming the 0.5% may be some sort of fees that’s why I didn’t get the full 100% but I am glad how swiftly the support team responded. Thank you
